Project context
Schoolab Vietnam has launched its first early-stage startup Program in May 2019, animated different corporate training track and co-organized Hanoi Innovation Summit. In order to support our constant growth in the region, we are looking for a Business Developer - Project Manager to identify needs and insights with potential corporate and academic partners / clients and work hand-in-hand with the Managing Director to design and launch new corporate programs early 2020, in Hô-Chi-Minh-City.

Descriptif du poste

The responsibilities of the Business Developer / Project Manager are divided in 4 parts:

(1) SALES - Co-design the corporate sales strategy and process (60%)

  • Identify a list of potential corporate prospect willing to launch innovation program (Business acceleration, CSR, etc.) via cold calls, emailing, etc. in order to have a clear mapping of actors, needs and insight
  • Pre-meeting to identify and structure the needs of the prospect
  • Set meetings with MD
  • Customized and personalised the mission
  • Prepare the commercial proposal
  • Negotiation and invoicing
  • Manage and update daily a CRM

(2) PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Monitor and manage after sales (20%)

  • Customer relationship management during a mission
  • Managing the project (staffing, coordination and reporting to the client)
  • If needed, project execution

(3) SALES & PARTNERSHIP - Support the MD to elaborate and manage academic partnerships (10%)

  • Identify a list of potential academic partners willing to launch innovation program (Business acceleration, CSR, etc.) --via cold calls, emailling, etc. in order to have a clear mapping of actors, needs and insight
  • Organize and participate to meetings

(4) Startup incubation program in support of the Startup Program Director (10%)

  • Support the startup recruitment strategy with events strategy and an impactful communication,
  • Support create partnership with partners in order to assure the visibility of the program (accelerators, VCs, BAs, university, corporates, etc.)
  • Support Social media strategy: in coordination with your manager you’ll animate Schoolab Asia's facebook page by creating strategic content to highlight our activities and the ecosystem.

Profil recherché

  • Fresh graduates to 4 years of experience in B2B, business development service and account management
  • Interest and knowledge in global Vietnamese startup ecosystem and corporate innovation
  • You have excellent interpersonal and analytics skills
  • You like to be in contact with people and you are not afraid to go towards them
  • You know how to gather people around you and make them want to get involved
  • Background: We value candidate with a proper understanding of corporates issues and challenges, with a consistent corporate network and who has already manage client relationships

Extra but not mandatory assets:

  • You are able to find the right places (accelerators, meetups...) to meet and mobilize the right people (Ecosystem builder)
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are curious, resourceful and autonomous
  • You like to learn
  • You like to "open windows when doors are closed"

Additionnal information:
Contract: full-time job or an internship of 6 month
Starting date : ASAP
Salary : TBD according to profile
